Hello All!
I’m so excited to finally be able to share this collaboration with you! Sewists of Atlanta launch the season with a photo shoot Springing Florals! The photo shoot featured floral prints, everyone used a fabric that had a Spring vibe. We were hosted by Topstitched Atlanta at Ponce City Market.
I’m not usually a dress person, so I decided that I would make a jumpsuit. I also wanted to make sure I was comfortable because I knew that there would be walking involved in the shoot, so I decided to wear my white Stan Smith Adidas.
I used McCall’s 7135 for the jumpsuit. I have made this jumpsuit several times, you can check out the posts here and here. I found the fabric at the Fabric Joint, a local store here in Atlanta. The best part is it was on clearance for $1.99 a yard.
The photo shoot also featured a “rock your style” look, that I will share later this week or next week.
