Actually, if I could get away with just carrying a wallet like a man I would be happy. Too bad I have stuff that I need to take with me EVERYWHERE!
If you are like me, then the Mary Backpack pattern is for you! This pattern features a unique triangle design on the front, that you can customize using different colors and designs.
It also has a recessed zipper, back and inside zipper pockets, and a slip pocket.
This pattern can be used as a crossbody or a backpack, it’s really up to you. It also has top handles, but you can omit them like I did in the second design example.
The design for this pattern was born from a clutch tutorial on my YouTube channel. I wanted to create a unique design and I wanted a backpack style purse. I went through several different changes until this idea was formed and it was on from there. You can make this pattern using several different fabrics, such as denim, cork, faux leather, and cotton cloth. Of course, with every pattern there is a step by step video tutorial!
