Hello All!
Have you ever felt overwhelmed during the year or towards the end of the year? Each year you see people making New Year’s Resolutions and quotes such as “new year new me”. But what does that mean exactly? If we wake up every morning to a new day, why not make the change immediately instead of waiting until January 1 of the upcoming year? I’m not big on making New Year’s Resolutions because I never keep up with them and half of the time, I can’t remember where I wrote them down.
I realized a long time ago that I am a procrastinator and if I don’t plan every minute of my day, I will sit around and watch Netflix for hours on end. I got rid of my cable and I think I watch more tv on the Roku than I did when I had 900 channels. How is that even possible?!
So, what am I going to do about this problem you ask? I bought the Happy Planner! This is my first time actually committing to use a planner for the entire year because I want to see how or if it will help me change some of my habits. I have seen my friends and family use this Happy Planner and quite frankly it looks like fun!
I have been a fan of stickers for a while and I love the way that you can customize this planner to fit your personality and lifestyle.
In the past, I would buy planners and thrown them in a corner and around September remember that I actually had one. The Happy Planner is colorful and gives you a variety of possibilities and accessories to help the planning process fun.
I purchase my undated Happy Planner from Hobby Lobby; the regular price was 34.99 but I was able to use the 40% coupon and my final price was $21.00! I let my sister know that I was joining the planner party and guess what, she set up a planner party! LOL!
Ok so side note… I found this planner set at Walmart for $10!!! Now my mom has a 2019 planner also.
So, what’s going to be different from every other year you ask? Starting now I am actively writing out my goals and preparing the steps that it will take to complete those goals and writing in all in the Happy Planner using the monthly and weekly formats. If I can physically see what I have to do then I am more inclined to complete the tasks.
So, let’s start the conversation! Have you heard of the Happy Planner? Do you currently use the Happy Planner? Do you like it? Is it helpful to you? Let me know in the comments and let’s get ready to crush 2019!
