The Annie Clutch

Annie Clutch

Hello All!

I’m super excited about this post because it is 95% DIY and features my new Annie Clutch Bag. The cardigan is McCall’s 6996, I purchased this beautiful red fabric from Fine Fabrics and the skirt is self-drafted. My shoes are the Kelly & Katie Beatrice from DSW.

Let’s talk about this beautiful clutch bag!! When I saw this upholstery fabric at Hancock’s Fabrics during their going out of business sales I had to have it. I knew immediately that I would be using it to make clutch bags. I felt so passionate about it, I purchased the entire role.

I named the clutch Annie after my mother because she has been very supportive and encouraging during this journey. She also agreed that this fabric should be used for clutch bags. This clutch will be available for purchase on November 15, 2016 from my online store. However you can pre-order and receive a discount by sending on inquiry to info@lejanaro.com. Don’t forget to subscribe to the blog to keep up with all of the updates on my DIY projects and clutch bags.

Thank you so much Ms. Terri!!!!

  2. Made this foldover clutch, self-drafted pattern totally from upholstery fabric. Everybody loved my bag. I have to make more of them. Very easy. Love yours made with two fabrics. P.S. I’m in Atlanta also. Have to make that trip to Fine Fabrics – one of these days! Lol really.
